CANCELLATION POLICY

At Sam Gorden Studio, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients. To ensure fairness and efficiency in managing our schedule, we have implemented the following cancellation policy. We kindly ask that you review this policy carefully before booking your appointment. We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to fill your appointment slot with another client. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice or you no-show your appointment , you will be charged a 50% fee of the scheduled service(s). This fee helps compensate for the time reserved for you that could not be rebooked. The cancellation or no-show fee will be charged to the card on file
